Today, on the occasion of the traditional end-of-year get-together, Ambassador Debora Lepre met with Italian officials from IAEA, CTBTO, UNIDO, UNCITRAL, UNODC, UNOOSA and UNOV. The Ambassador thanked the Italian nationals who work at the United Nations in Vienna with unanimously appreciated competence and professionalism. “The work of Italians in International Organisations contributes to strengthening the image of our country abroad,” said the Ambassador, wishing everyone a 2024 full of success, despite the complexity of the challenges posed by the current geopolitical and multilateral context.
