The Permanent Mission of Italy to the International Organisations in Vienna is pleased to announce that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) launched the “Science, She Says!” award, to recognise junior female scientists who have made a significant contribution to the advancement of science and technology, conducting their research in different regions of the world.
The award, in its third edition, will be given to five foreign female researchers under 40 from five geographical areas (Africa and Middle East; Asia and Pacific; Europe; Central and South America; North America). The award will consist of an engraved medal and a diploma from the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
Any scientist willing to present a nomination may submit the form below to the Italian Embassy in Vienna (vienna.scienza@esteri.it).
The deadline for submitting applications is 17 January 2025.
