The Italian delegation is led by Undersecretary of State for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Massimo Dell\u2019Utri.<\/p>\n<p>A dedicated national exhibition stand showcases Italy\u2019s contribution to the peaceful uses of nuclear science and technology, highlighting Italian expertise, research and innovation. Particular attention is devoted to healthcare, alongside cultural heritage, space-related nuclear applications, and scientific research and training.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Italy is also hosting four side events focusing on medical and health physics, nuclear security and space exploration, bringing together Italian institutions and international partners to share expertise and foster scientific and technical cooperation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The 70th session of the General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) opened today in Vienna.
