The Permanent Mission is located on Lugeck 1, approximately half-way between Stephansplatz and Schwedenplatz. Nearest Metro (U-Bahn) stations are Stephansplatz (U1 and U3 lines) and Schwedenplatz (U1 and U4 lines). Both stops are less than five minutes walk from the Permanent Mission.
From the Airport
- by car or by taxi 20 km, 20 minutes;
- by CITY AIRPORT TRAIN (CAT): arriving at Wien Mitte later take the Metro U4 (marked in green on city maps) towards Heiligenstadt and get off at the station Schwedenplatz - 350 metres, 5 minutes walk to the officies of the Permanent Mission / or take the Metro U3 (marked in orange on city maps) towards Ottakring and get off at the station Stephansplatz - 300 metres, 5 minutes walk to the offices of the Permanent Mission.
From the Vienna International Centre (VIC)
The Permanent Mission can be easily reached with the U-Bahn by taking the Metro line U1 (marked in red on city maps) from the station Kaisermühlen-Vienna International Centre towards Reumannplatz and getting off at the station Schwedenplatz.
Tickets can be purchased from vending machines in all U-Bahn stations or at tobacco shops marked Tabak Trafik, and also at the VIC newspaper stand located in building G.
